You will directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

	Register online or place an order for any of our services.
	Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

We collect your data so that we can:

IP addresses

We may collect information about your computer, including where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is anonymous statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not contain any personal information that enables us to identify any individual.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site. Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you is primarily stored within the UK. It also may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. We will keep your personal data for a period of 6 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from our computer systems and destroy any paper records.
